Shipping Information:


We offer USPS First Class and Priority Mail shipping. Once your payment has been approved, merchandise will be shipped via USPS within 24 hours if item is in stock. Special custom orders may require more time.
Please Note: Once items ship from Ciao Bella Mia Jewelry with delivery confirmation verification from shipping source, Ciao Bella Mia Jewelry is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items thereafter. You may purchase shipping insurance. Please email me by using Contact Us link to receive payment information and shipping insurance fees.
We can also make arrangements for merchandise pickup (saving you shipping and handling charges) if you live within 25 miles of the 19454 zip code area.

Exchanges and Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your (non-commissioned or custom order) purchase for an exchange or credit. Please be sure returned merchandise is in its original, unused condition. Contact us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to make arrangements for returns.

Pieces that are created as a special order and/or custom designs, or that require modification such as sizing or exchanging stones is not returnable. My guarantee to you is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold, silver, etc). Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the stone color or shape.

Unfortunately, Ciao Bella Mia Jewelry cannot refund the original shipping and handling fees, nor can it pay for the shipping and handling costs of the return. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.

Guarantee:

All jewelry is GAURANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery. Should the jewelry need repair and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
